Certeza at the Fedelonjas National Real Estate Congress
Certeza, a leader in horizontal property collections, takes part as an official sponsor of the Congreso Nacional Inmobiliario de Fedelonjas 2026, held on 3 and 4 September 2026 at the Hotel InterContinental in Cartagena, Colombia. Fedelonjas, the Colombian Federation of Real Estate Boards, brings together brokerages, appraisers, real estate agents and horizontal property administrators from across the country. Certeza serves that last group: the administrators and councils answerable for a community's receivables. The platform automates follow-up on overdue association fees, reconciles incoming payments and keeps every contact traceable, without replacing the community's accounting system or taking on legal representation. First Study of Horizontal Property Receivables in Colombia
No published, verifiable figure exists today for the rate of arrears on association fees in Colombia. During the congress, Certeza is surveying the administrators gathered there to produce one. It will be published on this page with the full methodology: response count, dates, location, the complete questionnaire and the limits of the sample. The study is Certeza's own, conducted with administrators attending the congress; it is not a Fedelonjas study and carries no endorsement from Fedelonjas.
